Holistic Run, Triathlon and Health Coaching
Who’s my ideal client? I’ll be honest, the podium regular, highly competitive, pain no gain, athletes are not for me. I work best with newcomers or experienced triathletes looking for a more holistic, less is more approach. Are you returning to training after pregnancy and new motherhood, time off, injury, or illness — I love to work with people like you too! And I’ve been there myself. PS - back of the packers are just as much athletes as those in front!
My coaching style. I offer truly individualized coaching. That includes your fitness and performance, but also how you slept the night before, where you are in your menstrual cycle (even if you don’t have one anymore), your stress level, what you ate (or didn’t eat) for breakfast, and what’s going on in your life or the world around you. I give you workouts, but also show you how health can impact training, and how training can impact health.
I coach athletes that want to improve, but not at the expense of what’s really important - health, relationships, career, or hobbies. I also very much welcome those with past or present health considerations that require attention and further individualization.
